Tasos holds a BSc in Accounting & Audit from the Athens University of Economics and Business.

He is a Certified Public Accountant in Cyprus since 1989 and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

He has served as a Board Member of the Housing Finance Corporation.

In 1989 he started his own practise which he has been running ever since. The own practise has since grown to a company that provides services to over 500 clients across a wide range of industries in Cyprus and abroad.

In his free time he enjoys gardening, travelling and road trips.

Michalis Anastasiou

Michalis holds a BSc in Accounting & Finance from the Univeristy of Warwick.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

Michalis has worked for 4 years in the audit and assurance deparment at Deloitte Cyprus.

Following his qualification Michalis moved to London where he worked for various companies including Ernst & Young, London as an independent consultant in the Assurance Department in Banking and Capital markets.

He has also worked as a Fund Accounting Manager at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London.

Before joining TMH in 2017 as a Head of Audit, Michalis was working as a Financial Accountant at Bluebay Asset Management, London.

In his free time he enjoys scuba diving, following the NBA and travelling.

Iraklis is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and Tax Consultant with over 6 years of experience in the industry.

He holds a BSc Accounting and Finance from University of Warwick and a MSc Financial Computing from University College London (UCL).

Iraklis is specialised in International Tax Planning, Corporation Tax and VAT consulting.

In his free time he enjoys playing tennis as well as weight training and MMA.
